My daughters have collected all the set of these and they are wonderful - they have a little fold out Pooh house and the figures sit in their nicely. They also have a duplo set of the winnie-the-pooh figures, but for some reason these are the ones that they prefer.

They are hard wearing, although with a lot of sun they do start to loose their colour. I realise they have no direct educational value but my children really enjoy using them. Their advantage and disadvantage is that they are small - they are too big for a baby to choke on - but big enough not to be swallowed, However they are also small enough to be frequently lost or mislaid resulting in huge searchs of the house to try to figure out where they are. A popular toy with my two under 5 year olds

My Granddaughter is a "Steins" fanantic, she loves the program and has many of the associated toys. I bought this chair for her and initially it was wonderful as she would sit in it and happilly watch her programs. About a week after recieving it, the first seam split, and then a few days later the other arm, in the same spot, on the other side also split. This chair was not treated roughly and my granddaughter is very small so this should not have happened.

My son earned some money for doing chores and bought three of the fusion crew figures at a Dollar Store. That was on December 17. He loved them so much that Santa sent the Fusion Crew Dome (currently available here through eToys for a reasonable price). Now that son (6 years old) and his brother (8 years old) are having a blast playing with this set. Despite other, more expensive toys (a transformer that was ! ouch!), this has been the surprise hit of Christmas. Based on others' reviews, I have told them to be careful with the scanner bars. They aren't too rough on their toys, so this should not be a big problem. If your kids (boys, probably) love Pokemon--where they "battle"--and you want other options beyond card games, then I recommend this as a great toy! Be prepared to search for the figures though. Right now, FisherPrice.com has some of them, too.

Fusion Crew Fusion Dome Overview

In the Fusion Dome, kids can choose the strongest of their Fusion Crew and magnetically fuse them together - then go head-to-head with the competition. Simply place the figure halves in the fusion chamber to create unique characters for play. The unit will announce figure's name. Figures are then placed in dome where the contest features flashing lights and battle sounds. Using button handles built into unit, players can influence outcome by sending "power ups" to their figures. Main console is designed for two players. My sone received this as a gift and was very excited about it at first, but as another reviewer mentioned, it quickly becomes frustrating if you don't follow the directions EXACTLY. After a few minutes he gave up and moved on.

My 5 year old son really enjoyed playing with the fusion crew pieces and I finally got the fusion dome and he loves it. I was able to buy the Fusion Dome and all of the fusion crew pieces at Dollar stores. I paid .99 for the dome at Conways and .50 for a pair of figures at the Dollar store. I paid a total of less than .00 for what would have cost 0.00. For those of you that want extra fusion crew figures, check out your Dollar stores and Conways. Your kids will thank you for it!

I wish they were still making the Fusion Crew creatures because they made wonderful behavior incentives for my 5 year old son. This game works something like one of those trading card games. My husband used to play "Magic" when he was in college so enjoys the Fusion Dome with my son. You stick critter halves together to create your own creature and then compete with the other player. The dome talks you through the process and anounces the name of the creatures by reading a bar code. There are lights and sounds and the loser gets "flushed" down the shoot. My son can be pretty hard on his toys and this one seems to be holding up well.

Fisher Price Diego's Talking Rescue Center Review

We were looking for a playset of some kind for our 2 year old (and the fact that it was Diego was so lucky because he loves Diego) that would be age appropriate. He seems to be pretty ahead of the curve for playing with things with pieces they way they are intended and staying entertained, but we didn't want something too old. This rescue center sets up easily to be a decent size and has lots of fun pieces and animals and accessories that go with it. We paid about for ours and I feel that it was a decent value. Diego is cute and has a vehicle as well as the helicpoter, which we love and works really well. It makes little, but appropriate noise. I think that many of the other reviewers probably paid full price and/or bought it for the wrong type of child or wrong age. It doesn't have to work perfectly for a 2-3 year old to be happy, and ours is really happy. Manage your expectations and get this on sale and you will be happy with the purchase.

This Diego Rescue Center is very fun for my kids to play with. My 2 1/2 and 4 year old love it. They play rescue adventures and I love the imaginative play that comes with this house. The only problem I have is that it's not very durable. It's wobbles on it's "stilts" that attach it to the base and the top floor (the part that folds out) falls off all the time. I probably have to put it on 5 times everytime they play with it. I really don't think they are being too rough - they just lean on the floor while they are playing with it and it pops off. I'm afraid it will eventually break - it's held on with only 2 tabs - and with the constant popping off I'm sure one or both of the tabs will eventually give.
Overall, I think it's a fun toy with lots of replay value. But I wish it was a bit more kid-friendly on the durability side - especially for the money.

I guess we were fortunate to receive parts that fit together well when my husband put it together but we have problems with the elevator which does not slide up and down freely. I did a lot of review research before buying this toy for my 3 1/2 year old grandson. But it is everything that people said it was. Both my grandsons, age 3 and 5 loved it! They spent all day playing with it and it is still a favorite.
It has just enough sounds to keep it interesting, but not too annoying to parents. The "fix it" tasks are easy to perform, yet are interesting enough for kids to do over and over again. The toy is durable and designed to withstand some abuse and it is large enough for small hands to work with.
The only drawback is the pieces that can get lost. A small ziplock bag serves to keep them together when storing.
All in all, I thought this toy was a big hit and worth the money.

A Cartoon Comes to Life
With a visual style based on the show, Manny and his friends will capture kids' attention. Manny stands approximately eight inches tall, and is dressed in a bomber jacket and blue jeans. His arms, legs and head are adjustable, and he can easily be positioned to sit on his bike. Manny's two friends, Rusty and Felipe, are more than just props -- they are functional tools, which can be used to tighten the motorcycle's screws and bolts.

The bike itself has a green paint job, and many of the parts have a metallic sheen to them. Sturdy and well-constructed, the motorcycle can drive on hard surfaces like other toy vehicles. For a vehicle that is meant to be taken apart and customized, it handles very well. All of the modifiable parts can be screwed into place tightly using Felipe the Screwdriver.

Two Game Modes
Most of the action is focused around the motorcycle's two voice-instructed game modes: Fix-It Mode and Customize Mode. The games are designed to teach children the basic parts of motor vehicles. Players can install and remove a variety of parts, including the engine, the front tire, the fork, the muffler, and the seat bar. There is also a side car, where Rusty and Felipe can sit as passengers while Manny drives.

Installing parts is both intuitive and enjoyable, and gives kids a sense for how real tools function. When a child installs a part, Manny talks and identifies each part in an affable and enthusiastic voice. Also, Manny says phrases in both English and Spanish, adding an extra educational element to the toy.

Even though the toy is recommended for ages three and up, younger kids might not have the dexterity necessary to screw in some of the smaller parts by themselves. A parent may need to assist younger children at first.

Sweet streets really are cute and well detailed toys. If you love one set, you have to collect them all. You can make a whole town with all the sets you buy. My daughters love this toy. Especialy since they are horse lovers. The 2 adorable horses with brushable hair and durable bodies can go into little "stalls" and even have a wash room where you can give the horses bathes and brush them. The rider that comes with it is very well detailed and adorable. She can "ride" the horses and even comes with a bedroom and eating table above the stable. The set is so detailed it even comes with hay,water,gates,brushes and a little jumping area. You snap the horses on the stand (which can be done easily by small children) and spin the wheel thing and the horses magicaly "jump" over the gates. It is all so realistic that horse lovers will really love it as well as other people too. Your child will have a realistic horse farm in their own bedroom! A must have for christmas. And if your child loves this, their is MANY other darling sweet street sets and even a "pony pick-up" you can buy separetly for it. I hope my review was helpful to you.

Adorable styling (so much cuter than the original Sweet Streets line) this horse stable has so many fun accessories, my daughter's favorite is the water pump that actually looks like it is "pumping" water. She also loves how the horses can magically "jump" in the inside arena where there is a fitting place for the little trophy. The girl figure fits perfectly on the horse and doesn't come off when "jumping". There is plenty of room for the two horses in the stalls and a neat loft area with a bed and other accessories (every country girl needs a place to rest!) All the pieces fit neatly inside the stable for travel. My daughter has received hours of play with this toy, it is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Sing & Sounds Farm Review

I got this for my son when he was 6 months old, he's 19 months and still plays with it, but now the music broke, so just the blinking light works. That's ok, because he doesn't need that encouragement any more.

The peek a blocks are fun by themselves. They are a little slippery for stacking, but so cute to look at. I like that each block has some motion in it, and they are a good size for holding/mouthing for little ones. Of course, at first, I had to play with the farm while he watched, but he liked watching, and there was lots to tell him about. I used to put a block in his diaper bag, because he liked it enough I was willing to risk losing it and breaking up the set. I later bought more peekablocks.

It's good as an early shape sorter, since there is only one shape, still it takes effort for a little one to get the blocks in. I understand putting them in something vertical is more challenging than something horizontal. Blocks can be used for stacking too, so it delays you needing to get a full set of wooden blocks.

The sounds are fun, and it was cool watching him learn cause and effect as he opened the doors and saw what happened. It also encouraged him to work at getting the blocks in the holes. The chicken at top wobbles when you push it, and the sun goes up the slot when you spin it. That's interesting, none of his other toys have that particular motion.

The handle is nice, and you can put the blocks in it for clean up, and move it to it's spot in your house without the blocks falling out. I wouldn't consider putting it in the car that way though.

It's really a cool toy. I'd go so far as to say it's among the few must buy items for your 6-9 month old, and it will definitely grow with them.

My only negative (which I usually have lots of) is that the sound quit after a year. Nearly a perfect toy.

My daughter likes this toy. Once we learned how to launch Aang, it was a great entertainment for both her and the cats.Aang flies a moderate distance, suitable for indoor flying, and is durable enough to survive at least one person stepping on it. The flyer shows signs of wear and the cats would love to play with it more often.

The downsides I see are that you have to have the Sound effects on in order to launch it, and the instructions were entirely inadequate. It sat on the shelf unused for several months because we simply didn't know to push down harder on the flying part of it. Loading Aang does involve pushing against a strong spring in an area that looks like it won't work.

It's more educational than I would have expected as well, teaching angular momentum and the basics of ballistic trajectory.

We love this show, it is a bed time ritual for us to all pile up and watch at least one if not two episodes. When I saw this toy I thought it would be great. IT WAS. Fisher Price Imaginext Rumblin' Rocks Construction Site Review

The ideas with this toy are great - the rock crusher, the battery operated conveyor belt and crane, but it has to be built from the bottom up, so once assembled, you have no chance of slotting any pieces back into place. You have to take the whole thing apart and start again. And as for all these three year olds who, according to their parents, are merrily building different construction sites to their own specifiation, don't believe it for a second. Rocket science couldn't be much more complicated than Imaginext stuff. Two tips. Build it on a surface where it doesn't need to be moved, and be prepared for 'Mom can you build this again' twenty times a day. Oh, and another thing - it's huge.

Falls apart if you look at it! - -
This product has major design flaws. It is made to be able to be changed in its configuration. The problem with this is that it falls apart easily, the pieces do not stay snapped together and it frustrates my four and a half year old when this happens. We have lots of Playmobil products and this is not the case for that product line. I refrain from buying anymore of this line of toys! Unless you like to constantly remake a layout for a smaller child I would wait until the child is 7-8 before even buying this product! By then, the set is to simplistic for children of this age group. I bet this design flaw is why this product has come in price so much since it was first introduced!

I gave this to a four year old relative for Christmas and he absolutely LOVED it! He loved playined with the crane especially. He has a large collection of Imaginext toys that he adores. This is a great set for kids who love building stuff and love trucks!

One cool thing is that the trucks come apart, so kids can mix and match and be (somewhat) creative. It's a great toy that will keep kids busy for hours!

I bought this toy for my grandsons and the ramp kept coming apart. I had to keep trying to reassemble it because the ramp is a major part of the toy. The cars can go up on the lift and roll down the ramp. Because the ramp kept comng apart the boys lost interest and I just tossed it out.

My nephew (age 4) has this toy and he absolutely loves it. Like the other reviewers say, the music is loud, but it can be turned off if it gets too annoying. Now, my nephew has kind of a weird sense of humor, and his favorite thing to do with this toy is to put his little people on the ferris wheel and crank the handle as hard as he can. This causes the little people to go flying off the ferris wheel. He has set up targets for the little people to hit and gives himself points for hitting them.

My younger nephew (age 14 months), thinks this is hilarious and sits, out of range, laughing so hard and clapping every time the little people fly. He then helps his brother gather up the little people, demanding "Again, again". It's one of the few toys that they play with together.

As you can imagine, the 4-year-old is quite rough on his toys, but this one has stood up to his punishment. The 14-month-old likes to make faces in the mirror, also.

Very frustrating toy for my two-year-old twin grandaughters. My own children loved the vintage Fisher Price ferris wheel so I thought this would be fun. They do like spinning the people around, but somebody at Fisher Price forgot to ask little ones to try putting the people in their seats when testing this product. You need one hand to stop the ferris wheel from turning, one to stop the seat from swinging, and another to push (with pressure needed) the character into the seat. Hmmm... seems like 3 hands are needed when you are little. Oh well, I guess that's what grandma is for.

Our grandson loves this toy and plays it constantly. He has had it since he was about 12 months. He loves the muffin that rises in the oven and he plays like he is eating it and loving the way it tastes by saying Goooood!!! Elmo is his favorite character so this is a perfect toy for him. The Sesame street characters say varous funny things and a nice song plays along with the cooking. He loves to pull the oven door open early and it says "Not Ready". We always tell him it is not ready and he laughs. He now almost 18 months and he still enjoys, preparing the muffin by pushing it down, pushing the keys to start the process, watching the muffin rise or other items spin in the microwave and pulling the door open and enjoying his lay food.
Your results may differ, but this is a real winner with us. He has one at his house and at our house and he never seems to tire of it.

I bought this Elmo microwave after my 2 year old fell in love with it at the store. It is great for toddlers and younger children, They love to push the buttons and hear all of the characters voices and different sounds. They love putting things in and out of the microwave. It is very durable since it has had constant use for over 6 months and shows no signs of wear, The only "complaint" is that my daughter had a tough time when she was younger actually putting the food on the piece in the middle so it could pop up, however, she didn't really seem to mind that it was not connected. This is a great microwave for any Sesame Street fan!

My 6 year old son got the whole castle set for Christmas last year. He loves this set. He can spend hours making up different scenarios for these little guys. It is great that they all fit together. Since he has several different sets, he can interchange parts. He can make several different locations or one big castle. We will be moving on to the other sections of Imaginext toys soon.

There are a lot of small pieces that sometimes don't get seen nor picked up. If your child is like mine, you might be stepping on a few of these in the dark on your way to the bath room. It is also somewhat difficult for my son to construct on his own. I do frequently change the layout of his castles. And while I love playing with my son, I would also like for him to be able to manage this on his own.

My 4 year old son really enjoys the flexibility of this set. Though I have to help him change it around because it is still a bit difficult for him to put together. It gets a lot more play time than the traditional castle set he received shortly before this one.

I bought the castle set for my oldest son for his birthday, and he loved it so much, he wanted more pieces for Christmas. It's a little tricky to put together unless you follow the directions and build from the bottom up. It can come back apart with rough play, but there are clips to hold the pieces together at the bottom, where they're most likely to come apart. All the pieces are interchangable, so you can configure the castle and tower any way you want -- make them all one piece, or keep them seperate, etc... My two sons, ages 4 and 6 really love playing with these. We have everything in the set except the Goblin's Dungeon, which we plan to get next. I hope they keep making pieces to go with the castle series!

My 2 yr old got this dinosaur and the Imaginext Mammoth for Christmas. While his 3yr old brother got the Brontosaurus and T-Rex. I really like this one for the little ones. All the other dinosuars come with a saddle for the little men to ride in. The saddles pop off very easily and I like that we don't have the hassle with this one. Also it comes with less little accessories pieces which my 2yr old is not intested in anway.

I've seen that Fisher price has come out with a new line of these dinosaurs that now walk too. I have to say that as cool as those are I still prefer this line. These are very durable for rough little kids and I just know my boys would break the walking mechanism in the new ones.

We got this for our kids last year(twins 3 and daughter 4 at the time)and they absolutely LOVED it! It was hilarious to watch them laugh every time they played with it. They danced and sang along-they thought it was great. It was only about a week when it stopped working. I think it was due to my daughter trying to hold spongebob still while singing. It doesn't work anymore, so it is not very durable for young kids. They loved it so much I have considered buying a new one, but I have not decided yet if it will turn out to be another waste of money. It would be good for kids who are very careful with their toys.

Really cool toy but not cool enough to have 12 large screws holding it in the box. When I was a kid, you got a toy and could take it right out of the box. There were no special trips to the garage for the disection of packaging. This one definately sets the record for most annoying package. The toy seems to be a bit misleading as well. Imaginext: Pirate Ship with Pirate Gear Bonus Review

I read the previous review and did my own research. My son wanted this toy for Christmas. We ended up buying it at Target for less than . ALL of the Imaginext toys I found on Amazon were grossly overpriced. items I saw at Toys R us site, not five minutes before were more than twice as much on Amazon. Save your money...shop around. Don't be suckered in by how many there are "in stock". This vender has only had a few left since several weeks before Christmas. These aren't the economic times to be fleecing people who just want to buy their child a good, quality toy. By the way, my 4 and a half year old son LOVES this toy. So do all his friends.

Wow, I've never taken the time to post a review on-line, but I just can't believe what this Imaginext Pirate Ship is listing for on Amazon. I read the previous review saying they found the exact same toy for 39 dollars at Target. Although I didn't find the toy at Target on line, I went to the Fisher Price Website and the identical product was listed for average retail price of !! Unbelievable and disgusting that people are so dishonest and I will now be much more skeptical of things I find on Amazon.

I heard the hype about Imaginext toys from other parents and I gotta say- there are WAY better toys out there. My kids have played with this maybe twice- and once it was a cruise ship for Littlest Pet Shops. The pirates aren't flexible, the accessories are kind of lame...
and the price on Amazon is insane.

Fisher-Price Imaginext Dragon World Fortress Review

My 4-year-old loves this toy. The monster sounds and flashing lights are great. He loves to send the boulders down the spiral slide. We've had it for 2 weeks, so durability is really unknown. However, our first purchase had the drawbridge stop functioning within an hour, so we returned it and got another (a newer version) which is working fine.

People have commented about the stability of the unit. The first one we got fell over backwards a lot. The second one we got must be a newer version because it included a triangle wedge for the back to keep it from tipping over backwards. It has not toppled since.

A Medieval Adventure
At approximately two feet in height, Dragon World Fortress is filled with enough interactive features to keep active imaginations occupied. The play set comes with two knight figures, each with their own detachable sword, shield and armor. With these figures your child can pivot "activation points" on the play set, which can reveal hidden staircases and open the front gate.

Knights who dare to enter the Dragon World Fortress face many dangers. Pulling a lever on the back of the castle will cause the green guard dragon to lunge forward and attack intruders. The lever also triggers thunder sound effects and causes the entire castle to light up. There is also a cannon that fires plastic projectiles, and a rolling boulder that can be used to defend the staircases.

The fortress is constructed in solid, sturdy plastic. Parents, be aware that it is fairly easy to topple over due to its vertical design. However, this problem is remedied by folding out the hidden set of stairs underneath the castle, giving it the stability needed for rougher play.

Encourages Imagination
Dragon World Fortress channels a spirit of medieval adventure. It is full of movable objects and sounds, but still leaves plenty of room for constructive, imaginative play. The play set provides children with the tools needed for an immersive, imaginative experience.

Loves Me Some Dragon Fortress! - J. Duck - Orange County, CA
When I was three, I received a Fisher-Price castle. I still have it (at 40!). So when my son asked for the Imaginext Dragon Fortress, it only made sense to keep quality toys in the family The fortress has so many bells and whistles... even though they are simple... to keep my son going and going. Heck, we even let the hamster crawl around in it sometimes and she loves it! We've had it about 7 months and it is played with almost every day. Love it.

My 4 yr old enjoyed the Imaginext dragon fortress for a short while. However, it's top heavy and falls forward easy and there is really not much involved in playing with the toy.
I gave it 3 stars because he enjoyed it, but way too expensive!
